What is Fronius Solar.web Premium?
Fronius Solar.web Premium refers to the upgrade that is available on your Fronius Solar.web account. This upgrade offers users the following features in addition to the basic function: a clear overview and evaluation of current and archived data and future forecasts, comprehensive self-consumption analysis, a permanent power consumption overview for cost control, individual reporting, visualisation and analysis of accumulator systems.
How long is the subscription for Fronius Solar.web Premium?
The Fronius Solar.web Premium subscription will run for either six or 12 months, depending on the duration you choose. The subscription will renew automatically for the same period of time unless cancelled with four weeks' notice. You can of course purchase Fronius Solar.web Premium again at any time after cancellation.
What payment methods are available?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard etc.) is the only payment method accepted by the Fronius webshop.
What do I do if Fronius Solar.web Premium is not activated in Fronius Solar.web?
If you have purchased Fronius Solar.web Premium and your user account has not been updated, please email shop-se@fronius.com from the email address associated with your user account.
What do I do if the wrong address details are on my invoice?
The details that you provided when registering or ordering will appear on your invoice. Please note that you confirmed that your details were correct when agreeing to the general terms and conditions of Fronius.Solar.web. Providing incorrect information represents a breach of these. For this reason, we ask that you always check your information carefully and keep it up-to-date. If your details are still incorrect, please email the correct details to shop-se@fronius.com, using the email address associated with your user account. Another option is to change the details yourself in the Fronius Solar.web user settings.
